Early Dismissal Request

Legacy Ranch High School has established procedures for students who need to leave campus before the end of the school day. Families should follow the steps below to help ensure students are checked out safely and efficiently.

Request an Early Dismissal

Parents or guardians may request an early dismissal in one of two ways:

  • In person: A parent or guardian may come to the Legacy Ranch High School front office to check out the student. A valid photo ID is required.
  • By email: A parent or guardian may email the campus before 10:00 a.m. on the day the student needs to leave early.

 

Early Release Email

Email requests must be sent from the parent or guardian email address listed in Skyward.

Please include:

  • Student's full name
  • Requested sign-out time
  • Reason for the early dismissal

 

Other Transportation Changes

Families do not need to notify the campus of other transportation changes as long as the student is aware of the change.

 

Before Leaving Campus

All students must sign out before leaving campus.

Students should not leave campus without completing the required sign-out process through the front office.
